For an existing order, send the order number, checkout email address and a clear account of what you need. Relevant photographs or videos can help where appropriate.

While your order is on its way

Most in-stock orders are processed 1–3 business days after payment authorization. U.S. standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days following dispatch; processing and transit are separate periods. Checkout displays the available shipping methods and charges before payment.

Inventory and destination determine whether fulfillment is handled by our operations or appropriate partners. If tracking is supplied, allow around 48 hours from label creation for the first carrier activity.

For a prolonged tracking gap or an order significantly beyond its expected delivery range, email service@oawbxs.com with the order number. You may also contact us about a parcel you cannot find even if tracking says “Delivered.” While we review it, we may ask you to check the delivery area, reception desk, household members, neighbors or local carrier.

Arrange a return or report a problem

Eligible products have a 30-calendar-day return window from confirmed delivery. Contact Customer Care before mailing anything; approved requests receive return instructions and the correct warehouse address. The business registration address is not an automatic return destination.

Customers generally pay shipping for preference-based returns. For a confirmed damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed item, we provide an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution without making the customer pay the reasonable return cost arising from that issue. Approved eligible returns have no separate restocking fee.

Refunds and order changes

Approved returns are normally inspected within 5 business days of reaching the designated facility. When approved after inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days of approval; the payment provider may need further time to post the credit.

Request changes or cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation or dispatch has started, accommodation cannot be guaranteed. Merely submitting an eligible cancellation request does not attract a separate cancellation fee.

Checkout shows the methods enabled for your location, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal or other supported options. Transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
