Product information and order review

We make reasonable efforts to accurately present descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, availability and prices. Lighting, display settings and normal manufacturing variation can cause minor differences in appearance or color. Genuine errors may be corrected and information updated where necessary.

Submission of an order remains subject to reasonable checks of payment, inventory, delivery details, fraud risk and legal restrictions. We may reasonably refuse, limit or cancel an order for failed payment, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale activity or applicable legal restrictions. If payment was collected before cancellation, an appropriate refund will be made to the original payment method.

Payment and promotional offers

Transactions are processed in USD. Product prices, discounts, applicable shipping charges, taxes and the final total are displayed before payment. By entering payment details, you confirm that they are accurate and that you are authorized to use that method.

Promotions may have eligibility rules, exclusions, minimum spend, expiry dates or other clearly communicated conditions. Unless otherwise stated, they cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retroactively to completed orders.

Dispatch, returns and cancellation

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days; U.S. standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for further delivery terms, tracking, international conditions and help with delayed or missing parcels.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery under the Return & Refund Policy. Contact us first for authorization, instructions and the correct warehouse address. Request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase; it cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment preparation has begun.

Lawful purchasing

Products are offered for lawful use. Fraudulent purchases, unauthorized resale schemes, payment abuse, improper use of offers, interference with the website or checkout, and other unlawful activity are prohibited.

Liability and protections

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OawBxs™ and Shanghai Zhenganhong Information Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from website use, an order or a product.

These terms do not exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights, remedies, warranties or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Revised terms may be posted on this page. Unless the law requires otherwise, the version in effect when an order is placed generally governs that transaction.
